Pride can be considered a sin when it becomes excessive and leads to arrogance, selfishness, and a lack of humility. In religious contexts, pride is often viewed as one of the seven deadly sins because it can lead to a sense of superiority and separation from others. However, a healthy sense of pride in one's accomplishments or identity can be positive and motivating, as long as it does not overshadow empathy and respect for others. Ultimately, it is important to strike a balance and practice self-awareness to ensure that pride does not become sinful. **

Ultimately, national pride can be a positive force if it is inclusive, respectful, and used to promote cooperation and understanding among nations. **
